To support specific strategic account growth objectives, I developed a client facing lunch ‘n learn program designed to provide professional development credits as well as help educate our clients on various aspects of our service offering. The program had multiple streams with several topics included in each stream which organizations could choose from based on their requirements. As part of the launch, I developed the program brochure, corresponding web page and launch email.
